SAFETY
WAIVER.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that go-karting is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include collisions, loss of control, kart malfunction, track conditions, and actions of other drivers. I voluntarily accept all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release and discharge Speedomania Racing, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteers from all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence.

3. Safety Rules

• I will wear all provided safety equipment at all times on track
• I will follow all marshal and staff instructions immediately
• I will not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• I will not engage in deliberate bumping, spinning, or dangerous driving
• I understand I may be removed for rule violations without refund

4. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation dangerous. I take full responsibility for any pre-existing conditions.

5. Media Consent

I consent to being photographed or filmed during my session and grant Speedomania a perpetual licence to use such media for promotional purposes.
