By visiting Speedomania, booking a session, or using our website at www.speedomania.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using Speedomania's services confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, drivers, guests, and website users.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
- Minimum age of 7 years for junior karts
- Minimum age of 12 years for Level 1 standard karts
- Minimum age of 16 years for Level 2 Elite karts
- Drivers under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Safety Waiver
- Minimum height of 140 cm for standard karts
- Pregnant individuals and persons with heart conditions or back injuries should not race
3. Bookings & Reservations
- Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or by telephone
- Walk-in sessions are subject to availability
- Group bookings of 10 or more require 50% advance payment
- Corporate and exclusive track bookings require 100% advance payment
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule
- Less than 24 hours: No refund. Reschedule at management's discretion
- No-show: No refund
- Speedomania may cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or technical failures. Full refunds issued in such cases
5. Safety Rules & Conduct
All drivers must comply with safety rules at all times. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund.
- Helmets, neck braces, and suits must be worn at all times on track
- No deliberate bumping, spinning, or colliding
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Follow all marshal and staff instructions immediately
- No mobile phones or loose items on track
6. Equipment & Liability
All safety equipment is provided. By racing, you acknowledge that go-karting is an inherently risky activity. Speedomania's liability is limited to the session fee paid in all cases.
7. Photography & Media
By visiting Speedomania you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. To opt out, inform a staff member before your session.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
